I was born in the south of the USSR . As a child I loved drawing and painting and wanted to be an artist. Later I moved to Leningrad, graduated from school there and in 1975 I entered the Leningrad Vera Mukhina Higher School of Art and Design (nowadays The Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design). I chose the Department of decorative textiles. I Graduated from the Leningrad Vera Mukhina higher school of industrial art in 1980. Then I worked a lot actively and creatively and participated in many group and collective exhibitions in St. Petersburg, Moscow and various cities of Russia.

Member Of Saint Petersburg Union Of Artists Of Russia.

Over the years I have been a member of 56 art exhibitions. Among them the most important are:

personal exhibition in the Central House of the elderly in Helsinki in 2003.
2 times participated in the international festival arts in Finland and took part in exhibitions “Triada” in Helsinki.

I’ve been living in Finland, Helsinki since 2001. Here I am a member of the Union of Russian artists “Triada”, because the participation in various collective, group or personal exhibitions gives an incentive for creative growth.

In my work I’m focused on a special place, landscape, still life, animals, plants, flowers… In general, the environment attracts me. I love working in different techniques: batik, tapestry, quilting technique, watercolor, oil, pastel, pencil drawings, gouache, monotype. I have a need for perfection which is expressed through my art and I do enjoy the process of creating paintings.
